Inetresting... I can't see there really that there would be many 03 plated VFR750s around and I really don't see why the police would buy a pretty old design bike, even if they somehow managed to get hold of some unused ones.

sounds like bullshit to me, they don't make the VFR750 anymore, can't see em getting 2 on a '03 plate, they'd just get VFR800s if anything.
