Right basically is there anyway of Cancelling your contract or changing to a better online contract?

Basically im with O2 200 and i get 400 mins and 300 texts a month for £35. But basically im a bit of a textaholic and my bill for this month has come in at a shocking £91.83 Shocked

Seen a good deal with O2 Online on the Net 750 texts and 700 mins for the same price each month. Do you reckon they'd change my current contract over to that. Or should i take out a new one and pay for both? I have 13 months remaining on this contract Crying or Very sad its costing me a bomb now.

Do i have ring them up, because on my old 12 month contract they worked out what i was spending sent me a letter with a different plan and it worked out slightly cheaper. They havent done that yet.

Im a little bit pissed off with O2 tho now.

T Mobile and Orange are offering far better deals than what im on, even O2 Online are also. Evil or Very Mad

Where di you get your current O2 phone, if it was from a shop, chances are they wont switch to an online tariff.

Once you have signed a 12 month contract and passed the 14 day cooling off period, you're bound to it. They dont HAVE to do anything.

Phone them up and ask. Its the best you can do. I've found O2 to be quite flexible in the past. But then I was with O2 online.

Jesus. I barely manage 30 texts a month!

But it depends on your contract. I guess you're on 18 monthscontract, I would hazard a guess that they will let you change tarrif after your 5 months, but it really depends on what you signed up for... You need to phone em...

Yeah i stupidly signed myself up for a 18 month contract back in March this year, tempted by the offer of a Sony W810i phone. My own stupid fault i know.

Just give them a quick ring then, and all they've offered me is a Text Bolt on load of bollocks for an extra £5 a month for 200 more texts Rolling Eyes so way i see it i have two options, take out another contract, sit and wait another few months till say march and pay off the remainding contract months. Just im not waiting till september 2007 my phones also on its last legs.

I do texts alot. I can easyly go over my 500 per month limit,
I would recomed 02. Been with them for 2 years.
First year, was a lil expensive as I had the D500 for free, and bills were 80 per month.
After 6 months I went to a lower tariff. So deffo ring them up!

I am really liking the E900. Dose anyone have this? It looks nice, yet it dose not have alot with it. Just poly and wap?

As long as you are changing to a price-plan that costs the same per month, you should be fine. Give them a bell and they will probably do it for you in minutes.

Wont offer me anything. I can pay an extra £5 a month taking it to £40 a month which gives me 200 more texts.

So that will be £40 for 400 texts and 400 mins.

Your maths is crap. You said your £35 gives you 400 mins and 300 texts.

If the extra £5 gets you another 200 texts you will have 400 mins and 500 texts.

That gives you 16 texts per day, plus a couple of extra ones.

May I suggest that it might work out cheaper for you to get your bike out and go to see your mates instead? Razz

Jeez, what do they teach you guys in school these days! Razz

I had insurance last year.. Lost my temper and threw the bloody thing. told em i droped it. Later that day, Josh threw it in the bath.
I got a new one, after paying 80 quid insurance for previous months plus 25 admin fee. So it wasnt really free.
So wont get insurance anymore.
