Anybody know when the tests are changing, also the cbt as my o/h wants to learn to ride and would be best to get it done before the change over.

The new motorcycle test will be introduced in October 2008. For details, see this thread: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=98922

I've not heard of any changes to the current CBT though.
