ive got a nokia n80 and need a bigger memory card now, i only got a 512mb with it and i'm looking for maybe a 2gb or more.
from looking on ebay it seems to be;
1gb - around £10 to £15
2gb - £25
can't find anything bigger at the mo.

does anyone know a cheap place to get them from?
think they are a secure digital format?? not sure if brand makes a difference.

thanks for any help

I paid £12.50 for Kingston 1GB Mini SD card!! and guess where....

www.amazon.co.uk (and using amazon as supplier, not 3rd party)!!!
link
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B000CEB2KQ/ref=olp_tab_new/026-5744727-3562026?ie=UTF8&seller=&condition=new
(look for amazon supplier, it's 12.47 now)

Added something else to jack the price to over £15 and free delivery as well Thumbs Up

Before you buy one its worth checking the maximum size card the phone can handle. On some phones if the card is 2Gb and the phones firmware is only set up for 1Gb you will get a read error.

At the moment the biggest the K800i will take is a 1Gb but they will be able to take up to 32Gb. Not sure if Nokias are the same.

I have a Sandisk card in my Sony Ericsson.
It's been as good as gold.
The phone even came with a Sandisk card when new, maybe the "Sony" compatable ones are better?

Sometimes shop accepts the exchange to other maker card for the reason your mobile didn't read it if you have receipt and guarantee paper with package(paying the difference of prices).
