Carbon deposits in exhaust

Hey all, noticed when i took my exhausts off the other day to drain oil, That as you look down them (From engine head side) The actual "Tunnel" through them is fairly small, Which i assume is just general Riding carbon shit?
Whats the best way to get rid of this, and make the hole bigger again??

i think there is a chemical cleaner for carbon build up but you can remove the thick stuff you can get to with a screwdriver or somethin similar

well for a 4 stroke it should coke the exhaust up that much, but a 2 stroke will. to clean it theres a guide on here somewere for decoking your exhaust. they chemical stuff used is caustic soda.
