But just sitting here thinking, The bike I own at them moment (Cagiva 125cc ) Has a back wheel of a 400cc (?)

Im looking to change to a RS soon, which has a much slimmer back wheel.
My question is will I notice a mega difference because of the wheel size?
IE, If i were to go round a bend, Am I more likely to come off from a Slimer wheel to a thicker one?

Im only asking because, as stupid as it sounds, Ive not riden my push bike for months, first time today, riding it I felt like I couldnt go round corners like I used to, I had to slow right down because my back wheel just didnt feel right

No. It will feel odd the first couple of times you ride it, and then you'll start getting used to it and making any adjustments you need to to be able to ride it properly.

Yes the handling will feel a little different. Just take it easy and get used to the difference at your own pace.

As mentioned, may take a little while to get used to.

Thicker tyres generally have a slower rate of turn, and are sometimes easier to get get leaned over (depending on the tyre profile (I think (or is that the reason why more rear tyre tends to get used as front at any given lean?)))

The cagiva's rear tyre is pinched onto a rim that's too small (on the mito and planet anyway, not sure about the SC). the handling is set up for it, but the general consesnsus is that the RS is a better handling bike. Anyway, aren't you riding a supercity, in which case the tyre size loses all relevance when you're going from a supermoto to a sportsbike?

as long as youve got decent rubber on the rs you wont struggle for lack of grip..unless its icy, or wet of course

I was gonna say, the difference between a supermoto and a sportsbike (particularly one as extreme as an RS in size and weight) is huge. The rear tyre will be the least of your worries.
