its called vote whoring , most people do not watch the news closely , ie bad day to bury news when 911 was when they released stats that UK take home pay had fallen by 2.1%.
You noticed it I didn't , and I watch the net quite closely , hes utterly lost a major power base you see , Muslims are a huge part of his power base which he has alienated , but then so are ignorant chavs , he is courting with both , in effect trying to fool both groups and failing due to people noticing and pointing it out. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. Now I know why you spout so much rubbish and hate the UK so much, I wouldn't trust 95% of the internet with a 10ft bargepole. Almost as bad as Tabloids.

I just cant believe your basing your argument on a tabloid, at least read a proper paper (ie times, telegraph) if you want to be enlightened about politics |
ALL newspapers are written with Political bias, you will see it more closer to election time. It's a sad state of affairs really as no newspaper is truly "Independent".
If you want to get an accurate picture of news in the UK, you should look into watching and reading foreign transcripts. Once you view the news from a different viewpoint without party political bias, of course the left wingers and right wingers are still about, they are reporting from an outsiders POV.
I know it sounds stupid, but in my degree course we were told to do this and it is really interesting to see what our news is like when watching it in another country. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. I'm having trouble responding to this without getting all nasty and personal ,
but this is a forum where I can consider at length what to say , lest I get some siggi
treatment.
but I've been through university and to do your dissertation you need to be able to do this easily,
simple example
Specator = right wing free market
New statesman = socialists lefty
both citations = +1 point
Juxtor position = 2 points
economist 2 point
Identity the inherent bias and or weaknesses in the reasearch = lots of points.
dissertations should be based on 2000 points , you need at least 1400 to get
50%.
If you want to get an accurate picture of news in the UK, you should look into watching and reading foreign transcripts.
You also fail to consider a weakness of an outsider point of view is that they do not actually live here
and therefore there are few to contradict their reporting , and therefore its accuracy does not have
to be absolute.
I actually like to explain things with economics and mathematics , ie generally why more and more taxes
are a bad idea look up the discredited laffer curve , it has some grains of truth in it ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die.
