PostPosted: 14:54 - 14 Dec 2006    Post subject: Creepy Neighbour..... Reply with quote

Well, this has been going on for some time now but lately I am starting to get alittle freaked by it all.

It all started back at the beginning of the year, my mum kept it secret for quite some time. But finally got the bottle to tell everyone that our neighbour was watching my mum in his birthday suit from his bedroom window.

Mum explained that he seemed to know her timetable of when she was going to a friends etc and would often see him stood close to his window with no clothes on just as she was leaving and returning home.

Then it starts to get a bit more sinister when he starts standing just inside his back garden gate (see pic) and waits for her, then when he makes eye contact he would snigger and run off down his garden like an excited kid. So it seems he get's off on being caught with no clothese on.

I obviously was pissing myself when I was told this and didn't believe it untill several of my mums friends had said they had saw the same thing. So she got the police involved as she felt scared to be left alone in the house as this did freak my mum out, the fact he seemed to know who was in and when.

So to date I have seen atleast 3 occasions where a police car would be outside his gate. Wonder what for, what makes me worry is that this row of houses overlook a junior school....

I made this post as I too now feel like I am being watched, especially when I return from work and put the bike away in the garage.

Here's a pic to help explain how I see it.

https://img152.imageshack.us/img152/773/creep22bf5.png

As you can see, my gate is bang infront of his garage, so ya often have to face his gate to get around his parked car to get to my garage.
When I return home, around 7-8pm, I can see out of the corner of my eye a figure standing there in the window, the lights are on and I try to avoid aiming my head up in the direction but I know he's there watching me

What can I do?

Sad

So you've got a flasher, they rarely if ever do anything more.

I suggest you point and laugh if you see him naked, I'd suggest your mum does the same. Maybe accompanied by wriggling your little finger at him in a "You've got a needle dick" fashion. Flashers get off on a shocked reaction, if you ridicule them, they get no gratification and stop.

As to being watched, my personal feeling would be that he is as entitled to look out of his windows as anyone else. If you get the chance to engage him in conversation, why not mention that if he sees anyone acting strangely around your bike garage, could he call the police.

Yea I have spoke to him before, but you can tell he's not all there, so a conversation wouldn't go to far, I know he will do jack shit to me, just I hate the feeling you get when someones starring.

Of course he is entitled to look out of his window, although the only thing he will see is a row of houses just like my street, not exactly a picture'esk view or anything.

1.I feel sorry for your mum

2. This thread cheered me up no end!

Why not come home, make sure he knows you’ve seen him and then call the cops from your mobile…looking at him.
Or drop your trousers and start tugging, I’m betting he is straight, and this would fuck his head up.

Perhaps stick something to his window for him to read like.

I’VE GOT A GUN

No one has suggested going round his house and blinding him with a blow-torch. Rolling Eyes
(Come on there has to be one overly violent suggestion in these kind of threads.)

Flashing is seen as a bit of a Benny Hill type comical offence, just some harmless sad bastard getting kicks.
However, I would find it very unnerving, especially if he knows your movements and your mum lives there. No one likes being stared at.
If he stands there naked then runs away like a kid then in my opinion as an amateur criminal psychologist I would say he's just a sad bastard.

Blow-torch Thumbs Up

Substitute 'sad bastard' for 'mentally ill' and you're probably there... Just put an anonimous note through his door stating you've seen him standing at his window starkers staring at people and if he doesn't stop it you'll report it to the police.

Yeah i remember you mum saying about it terry, i still think the best bet is to publicly shame him everytime it happens and everytime you see him. Shout out to him and take the piss and see what reactions you get.

Try first of laughing at him and taking the piss (dont hold back at all, be as harsh as you can) , try and really embarress him and constantly ask him but in a harsh manner if he is gay etc and was he a rent boy etc etc. See what reaction you get, some people will get of on that and if they do change tatic try calling him sick and saying he is discusting.

If all else fails everytime he does it take a dump on his car allways aim for the sun roof Smile

Seconded.

BTW, just give him a wave when you see him. He probably enjoys the fact you feel awkward.

Have you thought of referring him to social services ? I know theyre not well known for doing owt but it's worth a try. It maybe that he's known to them , or has been in the past and this sort of sexual dis inhibition is a sign that his mental health has deteriorated and he needs their help again.

1)class drawing!

2) feckin show him up somehow, should do something in your favour.

3) put something dirt like veggie oil an muddy slur on his window in middle of night if poss, that will stop him getting a good view of ya,
failing that does he get out?

does he own anything not in his house?(car/bike/push rod) that would be susceptible

Next time you see him do it, go around his house and Bang Fuck out of the door screaming at him to come out...

Then start shouting that he's a Pervert and things along the same line, Embarass him fully so that the other neighbours hear...

Hell if the police turn up you've got witness' of what he's doing and they can deal with the matters first hand then.....

Be Mean...Cause a Scene..... Thumbs Up

Top bit of MS Paint! Cheered me up no end that did. Do the old chap a favour, go around his house (it is on the left of the pink house I believe) and ask him if you could give him a wank.

Mum aint seen him since, we do however get the feeling someone is watching as the lights on and there are some funny shaped shadows there.

Think having the police called on him calmed him down abit!!
