What codec do you encode the videos with? And I assume that they should all be over 2 minutes long?
I can't seem to skip through that videos and they end after about 2 minutes.

Compressor/Decompressor. It's basically an algorithm that determines how the video (and sound) is stored and played back. I assume that you don't have any problems playing the vids on your PC(s)?

I had no problems with the other videos on there, just with that one. Did it upload completly?
You could ask/ wake up g to try and fix it  not sure if that would be sensible though |

I had no probs with any of the videos. 
One thing I would say though, use 640x480 instead of 320x240... It doesn't make the filesize any bigger as the thing that determines that is the bitrate, so just leave that at 500k/s.

Ah, didn't check the 4th vid. From looking at the filesize before downloading it, there is no way it is 4 mins long.  8Mb is around 2 mins long, if that. You'd be looking at at least 15Mb for 4 mins
