Even I raised an eyebrow when I read the original story, as it surprised me that racist thugs were smart enough and bothered enough to know that Sikhs have a bit of a Samson thing going on, and do something calculated to offend their sensibilities.

It turns out that my surprise was warranted!

it isn't all that sacred either ,a mate of mine shaved it all off once cus he couldn't be bothered to care for it

There is no 'real' race issue in Scotland.

We just don't like Caflicks and Prodies that's all.

The Asian issue is probably normal inner city chavosity but among different races.

That's because he aint a full practicing Sikh. Its the same as any religions followers...some do it to the letter, some dont. You'll probably find your mate drinks alcohol, and eats meat... both banned by the sikh religion.
