So what's the point in doing one if you're not going to stick to it?

Ever heard the saying start as you mean to go on?

Plans for next year for me are put on some more weight(muscle not fat), was slowly but surely creeping up anyway. Try and get to a level where I can enter a fight in Thai boxing before the years out. Generally get to what I deem a good level of fitness.

Bugger off on a long cycling holiday, which involves saving up and gathering equipment.

I have quite a long list

Quit smoking
Lose weight
Stop drinking so much
Figure out why the girl in the newsagents isn't speaking to me at the moment
Study harder
Start a youth care course instead of putting it off
etc

I don't make them anymore
I used to when I was 'young' Rolling Eyes

They used to be along the lines of, get more money, lose a stone, drink less, be happier, get a new hobby... blah blah

Nowadays my only sort of resolution for the next 12 months is to stay alive and make it to the next New Year
Then say the same thing Thumbs Up

Stop binging on bad things and move up into the hardcore rowing squad.

The 10 sessions a week and 3 5am starts put me off instead of 6 and no early starts. Sick

I guess my resolutions will be to get down the gym more and get myself beefed up.

I also need to bring my drink under control. I've been a bit 'wild' these past few months and it's hit my health and bank balance!
