just de-ristricted my nsr found the little mettle plate by the carb in about 10mins.
the exhaust was anouther problem, it tock me around 2 hours to get the little fucking pipe out that turned out to be 3-4inches long with a bloody ring on either end, and to make things worse i curves round the bloady pipe.
did it eventually though after chewing the cunt up with a drill, put it back together and ive got to say its now the fastest 125 ive every ridden, got to gear it up though im through 1st,2cd,3rd before ive got my foot on the peg.

i am well chuffed though. good deristricting guild zim could'nt have done it without it especiallt the pics............NICE 1 Very Happy

first i got a chizzle and a hamer and beat the top ring off the welds, the top ring just kinda fell apart.
then i tryed to pull it out but the second ring wouldnt pass the welds so i drilled them out and got a small metal file and got rid of the small lumps.
i pulled it again and it still wouldnt come out....soooo out comes the trusty hammer and chizzel i put the end of the chizzel under the ring and hammered the chizzel down(so the ring was pushed up) i went all the way round bending it up and it just fell out.
and it ownlt cost me 2 pairs of pliers a flathead screw driver and a pair of mole grips lol.

top speed ive had 105mph but ive still gotta do the front sproket plus ive got a full giannelli system/malossi carb and read kit/ and a k&n air filter to go in for the summer im also hoping to put a 185 bore kit in it.

I'm afraid you've lost that title mate, yours reads '9 years, 267 days' whereas this one is over 10.
Sorry Wink Laughing
