nope you do have to worry about twisting them though starves them of oxygen , if you are really scared of it you can get your ballsack cut open and have them sewn to your ball sack.

Happened to me when i was about 4. Had one operation to sew one down but split my stiches so had to have another. Now got to nice scars on my groin! Can be dangerous so id go and see a doctor if i were you.
