It makes it easier for the strand of Wool if you tuck them inside the jacket and you don't lose them if you do it that way either..... ____________________ Previous Bikes...Honda NSR 125 RR...Kawasaki Zephyr 550...Suzuki SV 1000 S...Yamaha FZ8...Current Bike...Suzuki GSX-R 750... |

Thanks for all those that have responded...
I assumed having them tucked under my textile jacket would be better...
I know its probably like stating the obvious guys but as they are gauntlet style they look like they should have gone outside.
Picked up myself a set of inner gloves yesterday to, so hopefully will keep my hands warm for longer.
Cheers

They cost me £90, but they were well worth it.
Still on the hunt for some good summer gloves though. |

It depends on the weather. If it's raining or I know it's about to, I'll wear the gloves inside the jacket (the rain does run down inside, yuk). Otherwise, they get worn outside.
I use these. Very good indeed: https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y197/DeeTRX/279x274-H2O085_BK.jpg ____________________ Dead nobodies in company cars... |

same here, cracking pair of gloves those.
I put my gloves over the jacket. Yes, you could get a bit of rain dripping down but at speed the rain is blown back up your arms. I don't like having the air blowing up my jacket and inflating it and last time I had a gap a bug flew in, stung me twice on the wrist and my hand and lower arm swelled up like a balloon... .
