 |
|
Every day i have a full breakfast down the local caf' consisting of fried bread, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, fried egg, beans and bread and butter. Nice.
Over time i've found it quite fascinating watching others eat their breakfast, everyone has an individual way almost like a 'fingerprint' Silly i know.
My way is to slice the sausage down the middle and fill it with brown sauce. Next is to salt my egg then cut it up on top of the fried bread then every mouthful consists of egg, fried bread, bacon and sausage right down to the last bit. I never eat my beans they are there to dip my bread and butter in which i eat last. Then wash it all down with strong sweet tea. This escapade of mine is exactly the same every day.
How do you eat yours? |

Now I look like a prat when I do this, but I put on a cut bit of hash brown, cut bit of fried bread, cut bit of sausage and a cut bit of bacon ALL TOGETHER on the fork and then scoop some beans up with my knife and eat it in one mouthful, in the service stations I often look a co(k.
Shameless plug, in Coventry there is a cafe called the "New York Bar and Grill" where you can have eat as much as you can full english for only £2.99. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. If the egg yoke looks nice and runny then that will be the very last item I consume, so I will cut around the yoke carefully eating the white with a bit of either bacon or sausage with beans slopped on the top. ____________________ Avast! Pirates ahoy!

TBH I can’t tell, most of the places I go for and ask for full English, just have a set meal.
It varies from place to place.
If I have bacon, I always have that last for some reason, egg and beans first with toast.
I like having a pint of Coke with a full English. ____________________ Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

All this talk about food is making me very hungry indeed. I'm off to lunch (and suddenly have a strange craving for a good old fry-up!)
Why can't there be a greasy spoon within walking distance of work?! ____________________ Dead nobodies in company cars... |

I haven't had a full breakfast for a long time, but I eat everything the same way.
Basically, everything in sections and on its own (barring sauce)...so a roast dinner I'd eat veg first (if theres more than one type, I'd eat carrots then brocolli etc), then stuffing, then potatos, then meat. On the odd occation I'd save a potato for the very last.
Fish and chips - fish first, then chips.
Sushi in a box - all the same type eaten together, then the next type
And so on...always have done for as long as I can remember - and as long as my parents can remember!
Sausages always have tomato sauce, mash potato always has brown.
Other than that I'm pretty much a normal well rounded individual

Any brekfast or meal involving a couple of bits of bread is easy, you just make it all into a big sandwich. |
