Not got access to a machine with Outlook2000 on to check for you. Are you using folder list

That's one way of displaying them, but I find a lot of people use the crappy shortcuts, which is the case here (I'm guessing).

yeah, I was using the shortcut bar, but that info helped me find how to had sent items to the shortcut thanks.
