why oh why oh why...did i go out and get smashed last night

im suffering here, your best hangover cures if you please, cos i cant face a weekend on the piss, feeling like this

i had to stop along the M4 to throw my guts up on the way home, then i pulled away and my nose started gushing blood alll down the inside of my helmet Mad unpleasent

but at least it was a good night, roll on another one..

Orange mate! helps with the headaches! as it stops the brain from sweliing.

if you still think you may have alcohol in your stomach eat foods that soak it up to bread, bananas, potatoes.

tea and milk I find helps settle the stomach if its dodgy.

where did you go, anyways mate!

Carbonated drinks apparently help (truthfully try to avoid coke as it will dehydrate you more as its a dialectic - but lemonade (not sugar free will help)).

Antiacid for the stomach and don't take anything for your head if you intend on drinking later.

Or put up with it till you get out tonight and after two drinks you'll be fine - hair of the dog and all that mate.

Good to see our service men hard at work as always. Wink Laughing
