You noe those CD's you've had for years that you no longer listen to. Well I decided to put on Reef - Replinish. What an album, it kicks ass. Shame they just went down hill from there.

Well I was listening to Appettite For Destruction last night, which I do regularly, then it hit me -

It's almost 20 years since it was released!

you dont think Reef - Rides was better, i had replenish at one point and i think i listened to it twice, was a few years ago now though

i've long since sold all my cd's apart from the classics that i cant part with, so i've lost track of which tracks are on which albums thanks to MP3

I borrowed Appetite for destruction on vinyl from my neighbour when I was a wee lad. The one with the original cover that was apparantly banned. I never did return it Evil or Very Mad

Oh and my Uncle's got the Original record sleeve aswell...

I had a disc ( forgoten what was on it now, only three songs ) that was in a round metal case with the G-N-R symbol on the top but I gave it to my Brother, I believe it was a rare edition...

The very first CD I brought was Dina Carrol-Perfect Year...I'd finally gotten this girl I was after and I asked her out on Christmas evening at a house party at my mates...Seemed appropriate at the time as it made my shitty year, you know how it is when you're young and in Lust...

I remember watching Tomorrows World when they were on about CDs coming out in a year or so and I thought at the time that I'd never be able to afford one let alone a player...LOL

I've recently bought most of them on Vinyl aswell, you can't beat Vinyl. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
