I'm going to post a few 'Spotted! Was it you' messages on here as I have sometimes wondered how many BCFers I have riden past since August '06.

Coming into Chester today at about 3.35 on Sealand Road I spotted a blue(ish) bike, perhaps a Bandit or GS500 (didn't get a decent look, sorry). Also about 5 minutes beforehand I spotted another blue bike, almost certainly a Bandit on the A494 near Queensferry.
Unfortunately I'm not so easy to spot, in all black textiles and riding an all black '56plate Bandit.

Anyone else spotted any bikes out and about today?

Oh dear. 1,000,000+ Motorcyclists.

10,000ish active BCF members. Neutral

I saw a bike today, it went past me outside work. It was a black one I think, or maybe it was blue. It definately had 2 wheels, and the ride was wearing a helmet. And maybe some gloves.

It wasn't you, was it? Wink

If you spot a red Ariel in Small Heath Brum it will be me on my way to work, If you spot one in Stetchford it will be me arriving at work unless it is night time and it will be the other way around. Do not wave though as I find this thread a bit on the gay side.

I saw 5 other bikes on my travels to and fro work today. Will be about 20 in summer. Do I have to post for each one?

The curse of the classic bike forum is the dreaded "oil thread".
