 |

OK, after the thread (DVLA AT THEIR FINEST) I decided to write in to DVLA, and politely complain that I scrapped my moped about 2 years ago, but started getting fine letters a little while ago, which I stupidly ignored, til I got the 'last chance before court' type one, so called 'em, wouldn't help without ref number from letter, or put me through to right department, and when I got home I called the number on letter(0870 ) and the Lass on the other end simply gave me an address to send a letter into, so I got typing and sent it off start of week, how long will it take for a reply if I get one?
Is there anyone else with this type of problem, will post letter on Monday as it's stored on work P.C. ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. Get some better happy pills, hit the gym & buy a medallion the size of a dinner plate. Job done |

Go to a DVLA local office and speak face to face with them. They can then point you in the right direction, give you the appropriate forms as well as check their computers for any problems. ____________________ Current : MSX 125 Past : CBR 900RR Monkeybike : c50 LAC : ZXR750 H2 : FZR600 : ZX7R P3 : YW100 : TRX850: Trophy 900 T309 : GSXR 600 L0: Monkeybike : XJ6S Whosthedaddy |

Oh sorry, got a letter today, saying they received my letter I sent last week, and wanted me to give them details about when i sent logbook back to them, I said to bint on phone the facts were in the letter, and she said if I send another one, these points will be taken into consideration, but also said it says on the bottom of the v5 that unless you receive confirmation letters within 4 weeks, they have not received/acknowledged the whole thing, I said i wasn't paying a fine which i don't believe I incurred, and i can't go to swansea to defend myself in court, but they aren't winning this easily, so I'm posting another letter off tomorrow, after I decide how to express my gratitude for the lack of time and effort with it. if wanted I will post letters..cnuts ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. Seems like you've been a bit unlucky then.
My advice would be to try and stay polite. People will often look more favourably on you if you don't start ranting. Diffcult I know.
Good luck |

My thinking was, if I said I had the odd part left, it might make them realise I had scrapped it and sort of help prove my case, but maybe not..
Court in swansea, that would be a no then..(from york, only to be found guilty-no way. how could I get out of this situation in court ? ) ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. It would be normal procedure for you as defendant to apply to have the court case heard at the nearest court to you.
If it goes that far your court pack will have all the info you need to do this. ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |
