Identify a Scottish town for me.

Hi

I remembered something from 1999 , as I was clearing up my junk I found a very old photo
of a very old girl I used to see and a box of what looks like some very old valuable personal
affects.

, kind of strange since I'm a bit of a pyromanic and generally burn things on a regular basis esp
after failed relationships , books , photos cards , gifts usually go up in flames to start anew.

And with my track record of not really being able to keep anything resembling a relationship
theres ALOT of burning going on.

Its whet my curiosity though in that I can't for the life of me remember the town she came from
and think I should make a half arsed attempt to return this stuff to her mum before hawking it
on ebay or something.

Clues.

It is in one of the Lothians , probably West

It used to have a large Nokia factory nearby which closed down years ago.

I'll probably recognise it when somebody gives the correct answer.
