What you think of the crash?

I couldn't believe how quickly it stopped, considering it was trravelling at 230mph when it was upside down it didn't stop long after. Was good to see a decent version of it though as it was being filmed for the show it was a good quality image.

Other then that the show was top notch with some good one liners!

Yea but went to show what happens if you pull your finger out, dont expect the entire workforce for every road that needs doing, but the street where i live has taken 3 months now

I thought the feature was a little under par, but I guess they knew that so threw it into an episode they knew couldn't fail (1st footage of the Crash)? And I doubt a tax penny was wasted... It's probably just your telly license money that was wasted!

Did anyone else think that Jeremy was close to tears when they first brought Richard out and then again at the very end? He eyes had glazed over and he looked like he was struggling to maintain his normal self. Was a little moving really, even if they were still blokes being blokes... I was just really happy to see my fav show back on TV!

Thought it was a very good show. Loved it at the start when Hamster went to hug James and he insisted on just a handshake. Class.

The crash, well horrific. But like Jeremy Clarkson said, he was very brave to do in the first place. Especially with the afterburners.

It was a good crash, however not particularly spectacular. I was expecting flips and somersaults really. See worse (faster) crashes in drag racing all the time, no one dies in that either.

I enjoyed the show, it was funny when James threw Jeremy’s megaphone under the roller and then later Jeremy threw James' chips under!

It was interesting to finally see the crash. I hadn't seen a video of it before.
It was suddenly obvious how risky it was. I would be sh!tting myself driving that jet car. The sound of the thing is enough.

I doubt he would have a chance to spot a damaged tyre, I imagine that you'd be better off keeping your eyes on the horizon.
