My mate woosty picked up his new bike today from our local dealer(gpz 550 unitrack - immaculate example with 11,000 on the clock!).Nowhere near brand new but new to him.He signs all the paperwork and asks me to follow him back home as it wasnt taxed.

We stop at tesco's for fuel and then in the carpark to have a smoke. He starts riding it around a bit in the carpark blipping the throttle and generally arsing about trying to wheelie it.

Throttle jams open and he smashes head on into the metal bars for holding trollies Shocked

I sniggered,i know it wasnt funny but the way it happened was.The bike just wedged itself perfectly under the bar but severely damaging the lights/fairing etc in the process and threw him straight over the bars so he landed in a heap on the floor.

Now is it just me that finds this next bit funny? You know when you stub your toe and do a silly dag running round the room like it's going to stop the pain? well he did that for about ten minutes in the car park much to my amusement.

After i picked myself up from the floor and composed myself,i put my serious face back on and made sure he was ok.More pride than anything else damaged except the bike.

So.... theres a rather pointless discussion for you all to point and laugh at but it made me chuckle.

I did that when I dropped my KLE on my shin last year. If you stop moving about, your body has time to think about how sore it is.

It's like in family guy when Peter bangs his knee.
