Or there a rule such as every 6st sunday when the moon is full?

Surprisingly enough, you go to google and type in "newark autojumble" and the first search result is the website of the people that organise it https://www.penny-farthing-fairs.co.uk/Dates.html

I went to one last year trying to find a guy running a welding stall who apparently did gas bottle exchanges. I rode all the way there with a big co2 bottle strapped across the back, then chained it to the bike whilst I looked around. The soanso wasn't bloody there so I had to ride all the way back home with the empty bottle
