Or "Gypsy" when they mean "Pikey" or "Diddecai". Swings and roundabouts I guess, all down to subjective understanding (or the lack thereof).

I dont hear the word chav to oftern now. It was overused once.
Even got called a chav by my g/f once Shocked was not impressed.
