Just think of how this would be beneficial to governments and the soldiers in Iraq/Afghanistan,etc, by getting behind enemy lines locating the enemy, and getting the job done a lot easier with less loss of innocent lives, Thumbs Up

Also it could be used in the fight against terrorist suspects, get the information that would prosecute and save time and money in surveillance, and other cost of a police operation Question

Would also be a huge advantage in a hostage situation?

But the cynic in me also believes that you it could also be used for the wrong reasons.

Got any thought on the pros and cons of such an invention like this,

well i suppose it could work on both sides, as it could be used for assisinations which is a pro and a con. It will be allmost silent and small enough to creep in through tiny holes. Deliver the poisen etc then bugger of again never to be found.

Could be used in crime and in war. Would have been handy for usama bin ladens tunnels

I wouldn't be surprised if they already had something similar. I saw a vid of a radio controled bug (like a bee but about the size of a small bird) years ago and it seemed to almost work.

I think one of the biggest problems is fuelling them for a long enough time to complete there operation, yes and I did see a programme a while back in reference to similar developments, and there problem was the same keeping them in the air long enough and quietness’
