hi guys puremagic's looking at houses cos his neighbours keep hear him revving like mad and then chugs off on a pushy.....eh eh lol Mad Mad
anyway back to the plot.....
hopefully soon i should have myself back on two wheels and this time i fancy a Yam R1
reason ?????
well have not had one...
earlier in my life, well 30years previous i got into bikes whilst a friend was competing in junior kick start (anyone remember)...
i used to watch and think "wish i could do that" and then a few months later i got a Garelli tiger 50cc moped, then a suzuki RM100 crosser... then all the bike mags, mcn, pics on wall, clothing, long hair, leathers the works.... etc Very Happy Very Happy ..
later when i turned 16 got a Fizzy onto a Suzuki GT185 blew that up back to a CB125 rebuilt that (my first complete rebuild)
brought a RD400 then sold it .....
At this stage at 17 still not passed my test....
moved from Cambridge to Kent and brought another Suzuki, this time an X7, could not keep the front down on that one..
Sadly then at 21 got a car, kids ,house no money no bike....damn.
In 2005 living with my now new wife i spot a nice clean 94 CBR600
cheap!!!!! Had money!!!! she said buy it !!! well what could i say???? yes ok but then F-CK no license....
rung around got ins and lessons passed CBT no prob Theory no prob test 1st time and using my bike GREAT !!!!! IM BACK
Very Happy Very Happy One day visit the local bike shop and there is it........A CRACKER,,,,,, FIREBLADE RR1 px the 600 and all with my wife saying " buy it" so guess what ???? brought it...
Sadly after a year of adrenaline rushing i had to sell it Sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad but now very soon I'LL be back shortly so watch this space.....
Kev
