What a wonderful day!
was on the NSR going to work, as its been plodding along at 6-7K RPM for the last week or so i thought id open her up to blast any carbon out. had a good run to work down the back lanes took the engine to 10K with no probs. untill i slowed down and the engine note became much much deeper with regular backfires
so I have found that a weld has failed/corroded on the expansion pipe (where the outer cover is welded to it) allowing all the gas (and noise!) to escape so the exhaust is knakcered (not bad to say it has done well over 34,000 miles in all weather) so i need a replacement.
does anyone know where i can get a fairly cheap replacement. I tried EvilBay with no luck. I cant justify spending £200 on a new unit as the bike is so high milage im looking at what I should be doing with her now
any advice would be great
>tops off a shit day, i just found out from the great folks at Barclays that some scumbag cunt has placed £800 on my creditcard playing poker... i would love 5 mins a room with the fuck <rant over>

Cheers mate, I dropped David Silver an e-mail, i couldn't find the exhaust price on the website. Will try Ebley Honda.
