Was watching that on ebay. I'm on the hunt for one of these bikes so badly. It has to be one of these, nothing else. I used to have one and I loved it.

Looks ok from the pic though i agree on the mot issue. If it would fly straight through i'd have thought they would have spent the £27 to stick a years ticket on it and make it easier to sell.

Hmmm, I thought that if they are offering to do an MOT for £90 there cant be anything majorly wrong with it for it to fail. However, given what I have just read after searching makes me want to steer clear of this bike.

The money hasnt left my account yet so I may just cancel it.

Can't guarantee that its faulty mate but I personally would steer WELL clear. And I think a lot of others on this forum would too.

Yeah, its really annoying though. Been hyped all day after I got this. Now it seems like shit and i dont know if im going to lose out on a cool bike at a decent price or waste my money on a piece of shite.

well then pay the extra money to get an MOT on it. then get an MOT done on it somewhere else, if they fail it- that bitch wasn't fit for the purpose it was sold. and they (illegaly) put on an MOT for an unroadworthy machine

this is if it's being sold from the dealer, not as an independant sale. otherwise you're up the creek and should cancel it.

Well, its coming on the 12th (Monday). Phoned DK up and sorted it out and I thought they were acutally really cool and the bike seems in good order. If i discover anything on Monday when I get itI will phone them right back up. Shouldnt be too much of a problem.

Well mine's been fine. Most of the other people i know that have owned them have had no problems. Carb o rings are the well know weak points on that model.
