And I found this on the outsie of a building.

why would someone go inside the building when it's on fire? ____________________ '99 Hornet 600 , VFR 400 NC30 '92 , Kasawamasaki GT 550 , '98 Hornet 600

A: Probably - your post says 10:15am in it's title.
B: 220 - 240V AC @ 50Hz, single phase
C: Muffins* (or breakfast muffins) - 19p each at Waitrose

That is so weird. I had this discussion with my BF just the other day. He was eating something that had "American rice". So I asked him what was different between American rice and English rice. (Because obviously, we dont' have "American rice" here, just rice). This logically led to the English muffin debate.
But there's a question I still have; If you call an English muffin a "muffin", what do you call a Muffin?:

Shut it with your crumpet talk!!!
They are clearly muffins.
https://www.coultonsbread.co.uk/images/snacks-muffins.jpg
At their best split, toasted and smothered with either:
proper butter
golden syrup
or
nutella
Hell Yeah!
To distinguish between these and cake-type muffins, is not difficult. These don't come in choc-chip or blueberry varieties, and the cake ones don't get split & toasted. Duh!

It's a muffin aswell, muffin is indeed a rather ambiguous term over here. But the cake muffin is generally known to be an American term anyway. Whereas the English muffins are renowned for being very good with pork and apple sausages and fried egg. |

'Cheers' to all the replies.
I absolutely love these breakfast muffin things of yours. In fact, I can't live without them and usually have at least two varieties sitting on the counter at any give time. Sourdough and cinnamon raisin being the best. Toasted golden brown and covered in sweet cream butter. Can't beat a mushroom, cheddar and ham omelette, OJ, and a side of those for breakfast. Unless, of course, you add some more fried and salty piggy on the side!
As for the AC/DC question, some old fart at my work was trying to convince me the other day that you folks run on DC over there and that's why none of our appliances work over there. Obviously it's just 'cause you've got double the voltage we do. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/californiarookie/04gsxr600/
