 |
|
Hi all,i want to change the rear subframe on my zx1000 b3 to something like a cbr 600 fx/fy rear end.
My problems started when i stripped it down to find that kawasaki had very nicely welded the rear subframe on whilst honda bolted theirs on.
Is there an easy way to do this or is it going to get complicated and end up in tears? Should i just cut the old subframe off and make brackets to bolt the new one on?
I want to make the back higher but not much.
Any ideas? ____________________ Check out our tackle shop on Facebook:

Ok sounds good then,so if i cut 15mm out of the top joints, bent the subframe up and re welded it.That would give it a nice kick wouldnt it? also there a chance the original seat may still fit.... ____________________ Check out our tackle shop on Facebook:
