bah.

Slowing down behind a car making a left turn on main road. travelling about 5-10 mph and slowing.

white van on same junction with driver looking wrong way, slowly pulled out and pushed me over in comedy fashion.

as already grabbed a handful was travelling slow enough not to sustain any damage apart from right peg and scuffed bar end.

My wheel alignments a bit off, slightly pulling to left (slightly) so im gonna do that tomorrow.

New peg for bike £12 or pay £100 excess on insurance. hmmm

The way such things should be sorted-out in my opinion. He COULD have hurt you badly, but he didn't. You COULD have gone the long way round and demanded compensation for damages, injuries, time off work etc, but you didn't. He held his hands up and offered you cash to replace the bits, you both went away satisfied that it was all resolved. The thing is the boot could easily have been on the other foot and the accident might have been your fault. It would be nice to think that Karma will step-in if you ever get into that situation yourself and offer you the cheap and sensible way out. Thumbs Up
