Alternative Inspirational Posters request

After 4 hours spent in the local A&E (lad played rugby ) I had read all the inspirational posters they had on the walls. You know the sort of thing like this...

However, I have seen some of the alternative ones and wondered if there's anywhere I can download to print on say 6x4" cards for various noticeboards telling how it really is
