just spent a couple of days sorting me clutter out and waited for the estate agent to come round to value my house, an hour after hes supposed to be here ive rang the ofice to be informed he hasnt got it in his diary, i have just explained to his receptionist or whoever that if this is their attitude to valuation, then i must only presume they are as crap at selling and they wont be getting my business, what a bunch of muppets. hopefully the others will be more proffesional

My parents had the same problem when they sold their house. Although, when they did eventually manage to get someone out, it sold the same day!
