No they don't the 2000 restrictor will fit a 1995 CBR F - 2007

You need a 91-95 restrictor VIN number : PC25
FI International Part No is : 02-PC25-K25

but bloody Best just hope for one on ebay, cos FI is expensive and only deal with dealers.

i think theres a place called "Bat Motorcycles" who have a website but cant find it lol. they have loads of restrictor kits
