 |
|
Saturday I got somebody to overhaul me front brake after it seized badly causing incredibly hot discs ,
Saturday was ok , Sunday was ok , today it rained pushing the bike into the carport I hear a dreaded
scraping noise ,
brake still works fine ,
surely the brakes can't be binding so soon? , or will a spin out clear the crap from the brake?
Last time I did a caliper overhaul it lasted 8 months before any seizing happened,
or am I just being paranoid? ,
Any thoughts

Scraping noise on the brakes is quite normal if the bike is kept outside in damp weather. So long as the wheel doesn't bind after a short ride then don't worry. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'
