Have you got a haynes manual for it? If you have then grab a multi-meter and follow the instructions in the problem solving part! The CG is a simple bike and im sure the problem wont be too hard to fix!

Are these late ones all 12v? the last time i had my hands on one it was 6?

well i downloaded my storm one so im sure the cg125 one must be there somewhere on the net, just a case of hardcore googling and torrent searchs i expect! (russian ftps are good for warez too)

Failing that, theres loads of CG owners on here, maybe you can buy one a pint and theyll scan the page for you?

Just a couple of ideas?

FWIW there's a seller on ebay kojaycat that does laminated A3 size wiring diagrams.
Useful for the workshop as they're in colour and wipe clean.

Has one for the CG125 here.

IMO a useful addition to the Haynes manual solution.

HTH Thumbs Up

What is your problem?

I had a 2001 CG125, it doesn't matter what Haynes you get as long as it covers the new shape CDI models.
