Managed to drop the Mito Sad

Shes ok though.. apart from the fact the wing mirror came off...

as it was dark i couldnt see if anything came off with it...

woke up this morning and went into the garage to re-attach it and find any bolts that flew off it ... couldnt find any bolts... not had the bike long... jus a a few days... but i dont know how to re-attach the mirror Confused

(Excuse the picture quality..its cold outside and my hands were shaking)

Isit a case of jus hitting hard with something and jamming it back in there or..have i got a nut/bolt missing?

its jus that gold thing in picture 2 doesnt fit into the middle hole of the wing mirror

Confused

Thanx for reading Karma

It looks to me like the gold thing has a bolt on the other side of it, hold the gold bit with mole grips remove the bolt from it, put a bit of glue in the centre hole of the mirror and refit the gold bit into it, you say it doesn't fit, are you saying it's very tight? if not where did it come from if it wasn't there when the mirror was fitted.

I can't tell from the pic but i guess that the gold bit has little groves running up it to stop it from turning when it's inside the mirror, just give it a bit of glue and belt it back in, then refit the mirror to the bike. Thumbs Up
