If its like a car MOT, not having mirrors = pass, yet having a mirror with broken glass = fail.

So if you've got broken mirror glass just unbolt it before the MOT Wink

I had an MOT fail on my lockstop having fallen off and needing rewelding.

Took it somewhere else to be welded and they went what, you mean that one... *point*

Turns out handlebars had just rotated abit Rolling Eyes

Cunting colin collins

As a point colin, what would you say to this (attached pic)
Front subframe bent in abit, shattering the screen a tad. And i darent change the screen until ive got a new subframe (incase it gets worse), which are like rocking horse shit to get hold of.

Basically if i have the mirror on it pins the fairing down so it snares to choke when full lock to the right, so obviously unsafe. So ive got just some spacers holding it out but still attached to the front subframe.
But i got told off at my last MOT for it, so im contemplating just ducktaping fuck out of it for the mot.
Would that cover it in your book?

Honestly ive been trying to find another subframe, but EVERYONE that crashes bends it. And they go for 170 from honda or 45 from a breaker.
Or i may have to bite the bullet and blowtorch it.
