College work

Hey guys

I wouldn't usually do this, but im having some trouble with my assignment for college, it's for Business systems.

The topic we've been looking at is, running a project, whats invovled, how it works etc.

The question simply asks.

"Explain two capacity restraints tha may restrict the progress of a project"

I would usually be able to use my notes from lectures or the net, but i dont have any notes or hand outs on this, so im a bit stuck.
Anyone know what they're after?

Depends on the business system and external influences!

Take the question: "capacity" is a measure of volume so one could compare this to supply and demand or ability to get rid of one product line quickly to create the capacity of more!

It really does depend on the buisiness itself, restritcing the process of a small independant retailer would differ vastly from restricting the process of a blue chip giant.

That said, using the usal "compaire and constrast" method that markers like you should be able to find similarities between the two and then contrast them to opposing examples youve found!

A bit more info and context would make life easier i think!
