Curiously enough, I'm allowed to use the fist-mike on my radios when driving, but not a cell phone. Makes very little difference really, either device prevents my hands both being on the wheel

Noticed over the last couple of days a marked increase of Police out on the streets and pulling drivers over for using their Mobile phone. Thumbs Up
