Hi guys, i need a two-radio for when i go snowboarding this weekend.
I will also be using ti for the Ramshackle rally later this year so dont mind spending some dollar.

I'm willing to spend up to around £80. I need something with decent-ish range and good battery life.

Any reccomendations that i can pick up in the shops? Left it a bit late for mail order.

Thanks

Motorola's were always the bench mark a few years ago. £80 should get you a good basic pair I would think.

Be aware that they might not work very well in mountainous conditions though.

Make sure it's got loads of different channels on it, the ones at work used to pick up Taxi radio, fuzzy police radio Shocked Laughing and other random people!
