Just been and paid for my new bike Very Happy

1995 Urban Tiger Fireblade, I'm over the moon! Only 27,000 on the clock with a fair bit of service history, data tagged, mint condition, i love it! They even fitted R&G's for free on the same day. I'm collecting on Monday afternoon. For anyone within distance of them, i would highly recommend Sheldon's Motorcycles near Birmingham Smile

So chuffed just had to share, pics to follow soon Smile

Nice bike Andrea...

If you feel like going for a blast PM me...my 636 needs some mileage putting on it so I'd be happy to join you for a ride (I live on Wildwood).

Awesome looking bike, don't like the screen, but I have a pet hate of screens that you can't see through. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up apart from that screen!

I'm glad you listened to my advice of getting a small bike to learn how to ride properly on. Thumbs Up

Oh and don't go reccomending the place you got it from just yet, you haven't even picked it up yet. Razz

Cortez, will definately have to do that, you're only round the corner! Smile

Big_Ham, i dislike the screen too! Had already decided that i want to change it for either a clear one or one with a slight tint. Not because of not seeing through it though, just think the matt black looks a little tacky.

As for you Shaun Razz

This might sound nasty but could you change your avatar, your current one makes me scream in a fit of rage every time I see it.

You bought a blade for your first bike? Shocked (I know it's your 2nd, but you hardly rode the R6 much).

I'm not entirely in the camp of "OMG YOU'RE GOING TO DIE", but seriously, with that much power mistakes are easy to make.

Please be careful.

(Mind you, if you're riding with JP you'll hardly be going fast enough to be in danger. Just don't follow his lines round roundabouts! Wink)

Yeah, that looks like a bit of beast to have as a second bike, considering I recall you didn't have the R6 long, however as long as you have fun and don't get burned, i'm sure it is a great buy!

Cheers for the advice Jon and Jon Wink

I had the R6 for only 6 weeks believe it or not, but managed to exceed 4,000 miles Smile. Not that that makes me anywhere near an experienced rider, but im steady and will be continuing my advanced lessons as of next sunday Smile I'll be careful

It's alright shaun, we all know you're a lightweight. It probably has something to do with the fact that you weigh about 6 stone. Wink
