I went to a rock night once, and it was full of freakshows that looked like marylin manson, I was so scared I couldn't wait to get out, I didn't drink much either wanted to be fully alert.

You say you were scared, but in all the times I've been to rock clubs I've only ever seen one fight. And that was cos a couple of trendy wankers came in and were cauding trouble. Unfortunately for them they were in the middle of the dance floor so prompltly got set on by about 15 rockers. Then the bouncers 'ejected' them rather roughly.

How many fights/bottlings do you get in the average trendy club in a night?

I would be a lot more 'worried' about most things going into a 'trendy', especially one on the cheaper end, club than a rock club.

People of that 'type' are usually much nicer people IMHO, than the average sorta person you meet at a 'cheap trendy' club.

in fact, when I was at college I knew a few satanists, some of the nicest people I knew at that college!
