I was a little silly this weekend, left my bike in town (london) and could not be arsed to pick it up. I have gone to ride it home today and some little fucker has knocked it over.

I checked on it this morning and it was upright so i thought all well and good. On closer inspection when i went to ride it home this evening the mirror was bent, bar end is bust and the clutch plate cover is in pieces (only the metal sticker on the top).

Would not have been that botherd but it seems the battery has ran out due to the alarm going off so much. So no problem I will call MCE to use that break down cover i have never used......

No they have no record of my current policy??????? They could help me out by charging £100 to my card and then sending some one.

Bit of a piss take as on thursday they sent me through my renewal notice. WTF Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Great end to a monday. Crying or Very sad

You left your bike parked in London overnight?

You're lucky it was still there, getting away with someone knocking it over is good luck imo.

No problem leaving it in town have been riding bike in london for 3 years. This is the first problem i have had when leaving it. i abandon it for beer about 2 or three times a month.

In fact i think according to the insurance post code thingy W1 is better than SW18 where i live.. maybe if i said it was always at work my insurance would be lower....

I hate the shits who do these things, i think they see a nice bike get jealous so decide to push it over, my mate spent 4000 on a new car only to come back after work to fined it had been keyed. I wish i had a James Bond style bike which would shock someone if they tried messing with my bike Twisted Evil that would teach the little fuckers.

So left the battery on charge all day today and it started alright and is now outside my flat looking sorry for itself.

only problem that i found on the way home was that i now have cruise control, only found out when the bike redlined it's self as i was parrel to a copper. Doh

Anyone know what the metal plate on the side of the engine would be called has suzuki written on it. Also any recommended bar ends.

Bike is a GS500 2003

On the O/S it is a cover for the ignition timer and the left is the alternator.

Things like that really wind me up.

Walking back from the club I frequent at the weekends there's this old guy who parks his old but still rather nice CB650 out on the road. One early morning I find it on its side. There's no way I'm going to leave it like this so I pick it up.

Weighed a ton, cut my hands on the underside of the fuel tank but hey, I don't think a 60-year-old could have managed it.

I just hope someone returns the favour one day if they find my CBR lying on its side.
