I actually think this is a decent price for what it is & will benefit me much more as it has everything i need in one. It also comes with Google map which i'm guessing works like Sat-Nav, so really £300 is much less then if you were to buy all 3 seperatley.

I'll be ordering one as soon as there over here.

That's not really the point tho, people arn't just gonna buy it for the phone are they, there gonna buy it because aswell as being a phone it also includes the worlds most popular MP3 player & a whole load of other extras, not to mention a cool touch screen.
What is a decent spec phone? I own a 6230 which is a few years old & it's the same as any phone new or old minus a few apps which most people don't even use.

Even if it's not for the phone most people would still use it for the MP3 & Sat-Nav.

Nokia N80 is still a better phone with a good mp3 player with 4gb memory (in mine anyway Smile) and a good 3mp camera with wifi and various other bits and bobs, it's a winner for me.

Touch screens have always been a pain for me as well especially when i've had a bit to drink.

iphone looks a lot prettier tho Thumbs Up

My mate just got rid of one of those after he tried my K800i as he thought and still does think that the Sony Ericsson is a better built(not plasticy like the D900) and higher spec phone.

So you want an expensive phone that isn't 3G, has no support for MMS so text-only messaging, camera on the back so no video calling, will not run 3rd party apps. It's an ipod that makes phone calls and browses the internet at speeds slower than a dead dog, nothing more, nothing less.

Next phone I buy will be a Sony Ericsson, I'm in love with my SE W800i, its the best phone I have ever used.

Cost me 50 quid plus a 15 quid 2GB card

The software and interface is brilliantly designed, everything is where you would logically expect it to be.

For example, when I'm at home I like to use the numbers out of my mobiles phone book on the house phone, on my old motorola you had to find the person, then select them, then select view number blah blah which was a faff about. The w800i just shows the number below the name you're one, which makes so much more sense.

The walkman software is also great, and far superior to the mp3 software on any other phones I've used. And 2GB is just about enough, I don't have this weird need to carry every single song I have ever heard with me, no matter how obscure or bad it is. People buy an ipod, fill it with every single CD and mp3 they can lay their hands on, never listen to them and then can't find any of the tracks they actually like. I'd rather choose my favourites and have them on there.

The new SE phones have 4GB internal and can have 8GB cards in them as well (so 12gb max) which is easily enough for almost everyone to put the songs they actually listen to.
