Think you could have got away with a fair bit faster shutter speed. Think you used 1/80th, and considering the speed they are going on the straight you will struggle there. For the head on shot you can go far higher.
The Padgetts paintwork bike has come out nicely. Only odditiy is that you have used f10 which should give a decent depth of field, yet the stickers on the belly pan have come out far crisper.
I would not bother to go down to ISO 100. Normally I use ISO 200 unless it is getting too dark (I really don't like high ISO noise), which is pretty much fine.

Agree with Keith on the whole.
The Padgetts bike has come out very nicely. Personally, I would have used a faster shutter speed on the head-on shot. This would also narrow the depth of field and given you a nice, soft background. It's a touch dark for me too.
