new indicators

i,ve just bought new indicators,the old one's are wired in with two wires,the new ones only have one,now can i use these new ones,as i really like the look of them,it occured to me that maybe i had to connect the second wire to the body of the indicator as their metal,but wasn't sure.could be i'm just an idiot and their not compatable,any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks in advance steve.

Have a look inside the indicators and see if one of the wires from the bulb holder goes to the case of the indicator, if so then I guess one of the wires from your bike must connect to the casing...

Prob the negative btw...
