My son and his mate used to use it a fair bit, seem to have gone off it recently.

My son does a bit of photography but mostly graphic design https://indiekid.deviantart.com/gallery/ and his mate does some extremely good photography (in my opinion anyway, I love his "eye" and use of prespective) https://xkieranx.deviantart.com/gallery/

kaben - tis good that, i could never quite draw manga stuff how i wanted to, looked ok but geting the style down (or even more importantly your own) is really tricky :/

babyyams- i likes them, assuming they were doing this at a-level? if not even more impressive.. love photography but tis expensive and hard to make money at unless its commercial mostly, i want to get out and do more, need to take my camera out with me more :/
That poster is really good i have to say Thumbs Up

Thing with da is its good to get things your of your head and onto paper, and once its there this gives me an incentive to finish it off, not done much for a while other than a background for my girlfriend...

Yeah i know what you mean about making your own characters/style.

They just never seem to be as good or fleshed out as a real character. i guess its because you know their back story/personality etc when you have been watching the episode after episode.

I obviously stole these characters from Bleach, but the poses are my own. (for what its worth!)
Will try on my own short comic at some point

My lad was in the final year of his Graphics B-tec at the time (the poster stuff got him a distinction) and is now at Uni still doing graphics.

His mate is pretty much a pure hobbyist, although IIRC at the time he was doing an art foundation course. He's currently not doing anything photography-related Rolling Eyes which I feel is a real shame as I reckon he has a genuine talent.
