Crash Liability

Just thought Id let everyone know, for those of you that remember, in october a moped rider pulled out on me and my varadero and I ended up breaking my leg and ankle in 3 places.

My legs on the mend, less of a limp now, regularly at the gym etc.

And I just received a letter from my solicitor informing me that after the initial (5 months) of arguing, the third party has finally accepted 100% liability for the crash.. so I can finally get some bloody damages!

Anyway, thanks to everyone who replied to my original hospital bed post, meant alot!

I had a rather more unpleasant no-fault accident the October before last, and the 3rd party only accepted liability about 5 weeks ago, despite everything being obviously against her.

Now I just have to wait until the final medical report in June before the real scrapping over the cash begins!
